How the work reaches you

What you'll need

How we vet you

All 4 checks must be clear before the desk can dispatch you.

  1. 1National IDYour second-generation Kenyan national ID, or a valid passport. Bring the original when you meet the desk.
  2. 2DCI Certificate of Good Conductrenew every 12 monthsApply on eCitizen (about KSh 1,050), then give fingerprints at a DCI office or Huduma Centre. It takes two to six weeks, so start it on the day you apply.
  3. 3Two referees calledTwo people who know your work and can be reached by phone. The desk calls both.
  4. 4Met in personA meeting with the desk, in person, about the work and the evidence standard.

Before your first payment we also check KRA PIN and M-Pesa in own name. If you will ride your own bike, or handle money we give you to spend on a customer's behalf, there are further checks we will explain on the call.

The certificate of good conduct is the one that takes time: two to six weeks from the day you give fingerprints. Apply as soon as you have sent this form, not after we call.

What you keep

85% of what the work is charged at

The 15% platform fee comes out of the quote rather than being added to it, so you can see your share on every task. Field expenses are reimbursed on top.

Where a task means buying something, the customer funds it separately and you see it as its own figure. You never front it, and it is never counted as your earnings.
