What the software will not let anybody do.

If one of these stops being true, we change the product rather than the wording.

A plan fixed at intake
Before
The stages and the evidence each owes are set before any money moves, and cannot be rewritten afterwards.

Nothing leaves unproved
During
A stage with an open checkpoint does not advance, from any screen.

Never self-signed
During
A Field Partner can tick their own items but never untick one, and their report moves a job to review, never to done.

Verified by TaskAssure
After
Somebody here decides the evidence answers what was agreed, and that decision is recorded against their name.

Private by default
Always
Evidence is streamed through a check on who is asking. A land title is never one guessed URL away from the world.

Audit logs

Every status change, message and approval is timestamped and kept. Filing locks the record.

No off-platform comms

Everything stays on the task thread, where it is on the record.

Others in this space claim these. Better you hear it now.

We do not hold your money in escrow. The desk collects payment before work is dispatched, and no custody account sits between you and a Field Partner.
Money you send us to spend on your behalf is a debt we owe you, not funds ring-fenced in a separate account. It is billed at cost and the rest comes back.
There is no automatic release on a timer. A job closes when a person here has verified it.
We do not run a formal dispute process with a 72-hour clock. If something is wrong, you tell us and we take it up with you directly.
We do not publish partner ratings and there is no list to pick from. Either we choose who goes, or you put forward somebody you already trust and we check them to the same standard. Either way, the work is answerable to us.
