What we get asked for
If it is physical, repeatable and has to be evidenced, it belongs here.
Not on the list? Brief it anyway.
Site verification
Confirm a premises exists and is what it claims to be.
Asset inspection
Eyes on equipment, stock or property you cannot reach.
Supplier checks
Visit a supplier before you commit, or when something stops adding up.
Document collection
Registry searches and certificates, returned as files.
Retail audits
Shelf, signage and compliance to the same brief in every location.
Property inspections
Dated condition reports on what is standing there today.
Field research
Structured observation of a site or programme, returned as evidence rather than opinion.
Event verification
Confirm something happened, when, and who was there.
01The plan
Brief it once. It runs the same way every time.
Each service is a defined sequence of stages, each naming the evidence it owes. The plan is fixed at briefing and copied onto the task.
- Stages fixed at briefingThey cannot be quietly rewritten afterwards.
- Named evidence per stageNobody in the field has to guess what to capture.
- No stage advances unprovedThere is no way round it from any screen.
- Your approvals built inNothing irreversible happens without you.

02The record
Evidence that outlives the job.
Every item is timestamped as it lands and checked by somebody who did not do the work. Filing locks the record.
- Checked against the briefNot against what turned out to be convenient.
- Private by defaultStreamed through a check on who is asking, never a public link.
- Every change timestampedStatus, message and approval, all kept.
- Locked on filingNothing can be added or removed afterwards.

Why TaskAssure
Built for work you cannot be there for.
The same plan every time
The plan is the service, not whoever took it. Two jobs of a kind run the same way.
Never self-signed
The person who did the work does not decide it is done. Somebody here does.
A record that outlives it
Timestamped, private, and locked on filing. A file you can hand to a client, a donor or an auditor.
Costs that stay legible
Published rates, nothing added after the quote, expenses at cost.
Nobody for you to vet
We assign the work from our own network and answer for it.
One standard, any town
Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and smaller towns.
FAQ
Common questions.
Can you run the same brief across several locations?
Several locations today means several tasks, briefed the same way and tracked separately. One brief and one report spanning many sites is something we are building, not something we run.
Is there an enterprise rate?
No. One published list for everybody, with no minimum and no negotiated card. Anything off-catalogue is quoted on its own.
Who actually does the work?
A vetted Field Partner from our network. You do not choose, brief or manage them. We assign the work and answer for the result.
What do we get back?
The evidence the plan named, checked by somebody here against the brief, on a record that is locked once the task is filed.
